"The Future of the Arts is Rising"
A complete year-long brand campaign for the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance's 50th Anniversary — spanning identity, print, gala collateral, social media, and a landmark celebration at Sullivan County International Airport.
The DVAA50 mark takes the existing DVAA geometric triangle system — a set of bold, interlocking shapes that represent the V and A of Valley and Arts — and fuses it with a monumental gold "50" that carries the weight of the anniversary.
The result is a mark that feels simultaneously rooted in the organisation's history and urgently forward-looking. Black geometry, gold numerals — institutional permanence meeting celebration.
Applied across green, gold, and white grounds, the mark adapts across every touchpoint from gala invitations to social stories without losing its graphic authority.
"The Future of the Arts is Rising"
The gala's centrepiece reveal — a large-format folded poster tucked inside the invitation envelope. Guests unfolded it to discover the campaign tagline in bold gold type, surrounded by the flowing dashed-line motif that echoes momentum, connection, and community.
The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance has been the cultural engine of Sullivan County, New York since 1976 — fostering visual arts, theatre, film, literary events, and community creativity for half a century. For their 50th anniversary, they needed a campaign that honoured the past while announcing the next chapter.
The brief was ambitious: a full year-long identity system, a gala invitation suite for their May 2026 celebration at Sullivan County International Airport, an anniversary programme, and a social media template system to carry the campaign across platforms.
The campaign tagline — "The Future of the Arts is Rising" — became the organising principle for everything. Bold. Optimistic. Community-rooted.
"For fifty years, the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance has supported artists and creativity across our region. On May 16, we gather at a shared point of pause — to celebrate what has been built and to gather momentum for what comes next."
